Dirigo Linum

Dirigo Linum is currently an experiment in growing flax and dyestuff in order to explore options in textile production in southern Maine. Chrystina Gastelum initiated this work and is supported by Sean Hasey (her partner in many things) as well as Girard Farm, Subcircle Residency, Engine, and many more in the Biddeford community. Chrystina is a life-long maker with most experience in cut & sew. Sean is a sculptor and painter. They both also practice massage therapy and make music. Dirigo Linum is not currently marketing or selling anything, but is seeking grant funding to further this project.
