Partridge Hill Farm
Center Sandwich, NH
We are a small homestead farm in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. We currently have merino and romney sheep, producing fleeces that are processed into roving and yarn. We co-host an annual three-day retreat with our local fiber arts guild, teaching the traditional arts of using botanical dyes, rug weaving with roving, needle felting, coiled basketry with wool fiber, hand spinning, and knitting techniques. Many of these classes are offered periodically throughout the year, in the farm fiber studio. Our passion is living closely with the land and continuing the 300 year tradition of homestead farming on Red Hill, producing high quality fleeces, keeping the tradition of natural fiber arts alive and vibrant, providing a venue for local producers to market their wool, and fostering a culture of community and connection around homesteading and fiber arts.
